She didn't leave from Kristiansand. Since the Hellig Olav was an emigrant feeder ship owned by the Scandinavian-American Line, and they often had regular ports of call, I'm thinking the Hellig Olav departed Bergen 18 April 1911, stopped at Kristiansand, then proceeded to New York on 21 April 1911 where the ship was registered as leaving Kristiansand and arriving in New York.  Or else, there was another ship owned by Scandinavian-American Line from Bergen to Kristiansand where she boarded the Hellig Olav and proceeded to America, arriving on 3 May 1911 (I can't view the Ancestry info since I'm not currently a member).  The Digitalarkivet info only has her leaving from Bergen on a Scandinavian-American Line ship.  I could not find her under Jacobsdatter or Helle in the Kristiansand records (using the "starts with" option and entering the first two letters of each name in the appropriate categories).
