Dear Listers, Robert L. Nitter's sister Bernice M. Nitter (Davis) (1911-1976) was married in Chicago, IL on Jan. 1, 1951 to one: Herbert Vincent, known as H. Vincent or Vincent ALLEN, born about 1919, probably born at Decatur, Macon Co, IL Nov. 21, 1918. According to Bernice's son-in-law (from her 1st marriage to Davis) this H. Vincent was the owner of a large publicity company in Chicago, IL, and he supposedly died in Chicago, IL in the late 1990's. Is it possible, with this rather scarce information, to figure out who this man may have been? Maybe newspaper items can be helpful? Thanks a mission for your great assistance in this matter! Very sincerely yours, Lars E. Oyane
