Dear Listers, Working on a certain Nitter family from the Elvetun farm in Hafslo parish, Luster Co., Norway, I am having difficulties finding information about this guy: Robert L. Nitter, born in Chicago, IL Aug. 24, 1915, died at Phoenix, AZ Sep. 8, 1977. I understand Robert was a soldier in WW2, and after the war he was for some time a court owner at Phoenix, AZ. He later owned and operated a Texaco filling station in Phoenix, AZ, and in the 1960's he had a service station at Scottsdale, AZ. By 1948 he was married to Marjory L.??, but they were divorced by 1956. They had no children. Is it possible to find further details about Robert and Marjory, for example thru newspaper items?
