I have this morning sent an e-mail to Hummelstown, PA, but will follow up with a phone call if I don't hear back! His sister Barbara has developed Alzheimer and is unable to communicate. Her husband is the one I talked to some time ago, and he told me what little he knew... By the way, if H. Vincent Allen (Sr) was such a successful business man in Chicago IL, one should think there might be more write-ups about him in Chicago IL newspapers - for example when he died?
