If it’s the Thomas Jonssen from Reinaaen in the 1801 census, b. about 1778, he’s here on the right page half-way down. His Mom is Eva Engebrigtsdatter - looks like his father is Jon Thomsen Kiøsn (I think Kiøsnæs in census but don't see a Jon) I think you will need one of the Norskies to figure out the date for you.
