Lars, There is nothing in the 1890 newspaper article that says it is her probate or that Fredricka is deceased. A living person can have an estate. The report of accounts could be those filed by her guardian when the girl turned 21 and no longer needed a guardian (21 was the age of majority at that time), although if she was born in 1876, she should have received her inheritance earlier unless a will or trust designated another age. In many counties the same court that handled probates also handled guardianships. Just a possibility. On the other hand, her tombstone could be wrong.
