Can anyone suggest how I might find out about the owners-the Kolderup family-of the Glassmagasinet in Bergen? It was in operation for at least 100 years- celebrating it's 50th ? year with a celebration in 1959. It was located at Strandgaten nr 60 in Bergen until after 1985. It does not appear to still be in business. I am trying to locate the daughter of the family-one of whom was running the store in 1985. Are there any articles in the local sparebank books or anywhere? The daughters were Astrid Birgette, Siri and Kari Kolderup. Thank you for any help. Virginia Lindsey

I have the printed telephone-book for Bergen and Hordaland for 1983-84. There are no Glassmagasinet, but the name was: Bergen Glassmagasin A/S, located in Olav Kyrresgt. 9. Mother-company was: Kolderup Peter M. A/S, Breivikv. 12. Butikk og storkjøkkenavd. in Strandg. 60. Under filialer. Greve Astrid Kolderup, disp., Grønnegrend 11, pa Paradis. Sommerbolig, Forstrøno pa Nordstrøno. I cannot see Siri or Kari Kolderup, but under the company there are listed some other names. Just found that Siri was married 1957 to Hans Lindahl Falck, lived Seterv 10 e, pa Skjoldtun. Kari Christie married 1961 to Jacob Fabricius Myhre, Oporto. Astrid married 1953 to Egil Gade Greve.
