Greetings, everyone. I have an unfortunate death record that needs help. This is from Sortland in Nordland, and it is the very 1st entry on the page for Jens Albert Johansen. He was married on 24 July 1920 and died in some kind of an accident just 6 months later on 30 January 1921. Could some kind person please give me the Norwegian words written in columns 9 and 12, and then the translation? I thank you in advance.
