It appears from the obituaries that Kay was never adopted. Maybe she was just raised by George and Ann after her parents, Doris and Arthur Blanchard were divorced in he early 1940's? If so she MAY be the: BLANCHARD, Kay Leone - married in Hennepin Co., MN June 15, 1958 to Thomas Harley FIFE? Maybe these are their children: Name: Elizabet K Fife Birth Date: 27 Nov 1963 Gender: Female Mother's Maiden Name: Blanchar Birth County: Los Angeles Name: Michael T Fife Birth Date: 24 Jul 1967 Gender: Male Mother's Maiden Name: Blanchar Birth County: Los Angeles Maybe some of these Fifes can be located?
