Yes, this is all the right family and it is Berges grandmother Kari Rolandsdatter that I can't find anything about. I went to the archives in Bergen and the only prospect I could find was Roland Olson and Ragnild Botolfsdatter and this might be way off. Here is a probaterecord out of 1780 of Roland Olsen. He was married to Margrethe Olsdr (as far as I read the protocol in the right way) and they got the children Ole Rolandsen age 14, Elisabeth Rolandsdr age 18, Marthe Rolandsdr age 10, Kari Rolandsdr age 7 and Ingeris Rolandsdr age 4, page 613b. Start of the protocol at the previous page 613a <http://arkivverket.no/URN:sk_read/24141/288/?size=full&mode=0> This is the only Roland Olsen with a probate record. I am not sure if this can be your Kari Rolandsdr.
