    1. [NOR] Help with some Norwegian families in Minnesota
    2. EDWARD A SCRIVEN via
    3. I am not familiar with what can be looked up and where about families from Norway who ended up in Minnesota. I am dealing with Enok Ludvg Rimo Olsen (found as Enoch Stora or Storaa in the US) and his wife Mariane Sivertsdatter Lorvik (found as Mary Stora or Storaa with her husband). He was born in Norway in 1888, and she was born in Norway in 1886. I have their birth information. They lived in Minnesota, then Seattle, and finally died in California. I have their death information. From the 1930 and 1940 censuses, it appears they married in Minnesota in 1909 approximately. I would appreciate help finding Lutheran or government records in Minnesota that would help. On 1920 they were in Grant Valley in Beltrami County, Minnesota. They emigrated in 1906 and were still single when they emigrated. In 1910 they were in Madison, Lac qui Parle county living in the same household as Enok's sister, Olga who was married there in 1906 to Oluf Olsen who used the name Bakke in America. I tend to think Enok (Enoch) and Mariane (Mary) were also married in Madison. I appreciate any help. Thanks. Edward A. Scriven Layton, Utah Always be Happy!!
