I am having trouble with some words in these entries. Thank you for any help deciphering them! ~ Eve First, I have found what I think is the engagement/banns of my ggggg-grandparents Peder Siversen Bakke (Bache) and Aslaug (Aaslou) Olsdatter. There is a word after Aaslou Olsdatter's name. I am not sure if it might be the farm name, and if so, what that might be. It is the entry on the right hand side, near the top, 5 lines down. What is the "J" word heading and what does it mean? It is something about Peder Bache's wife. This category shows up often, but the term is new to me, haven't seen it in other parishes.
