Hello Would any one know how to get a picture of the town hall in Liberty Township? At one time it is said to have been the school house for Buzzle Township. I would love a picture of it as three of my great uncles attended this school between 1902 and 1905. I have tried Google street view with no luck. http://www.bemidjipioneer.com/content/bemidji-school-board-decide-sale-old-buzzle-school-property “... Merchand wrote that the Buzzle School consolidated into Debs Common School District 132, then to Pinewood CSD 74, and eventually to Independent School District 31. The school building sold for $200 in 1952 and was moved to Liberty Township to become the Town Hall. Only foundation debris remains at the original site. ...” Thanks Thelma
Which County? There is a Liberty Township in Polk County, Minnesota, not too far from Bemidji - maybe 75 miles. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liberty_Township,_Polk_County,_Minnesota Buzzle Township seems to be in a township adjoining Liberty Township, Beltrami County, Minnesota: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buzzle_Township,_Beltrami_County,_Minnesota https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liberty_Township,_Beltrami_County,_Minnesota BTW, The Bemidji Pioneer is still being published. You might want to write or phone them to see if they have a photo in file of the location you want.
