For as long as I can remember, my family served Lutefisk, creamed (boiled) potatoes and peas, and Patoskurv (sp? - a homemade, potato sausage with beef, pork and spices - the swedish side of my family) for Christmas Eve Dinner. As a child I didn't particularly care for Lutefisk but now I often look forward to going home for christmas to see family, friends, and Christmas Eve dinner! My wife certainly doesn't like it, however, it was only her first time trying it. This year, I will see if my 8 month old daughter will like it. Regards, Peter Olsen
