I guessed the Bronch. abbreviation was bronchitis, but couldn't read the other two abbreviations. aI do not think the "ditto marks" in the last column are ditto marks, only lines to separate the entries when there is nothing to remark. Hulda was not home baptized. The godmother is styled as Mad. Petrine Andersen, short for Madam. Either she was more prominent than the others, or she had a shop or a business of some kind. Perhaps she was married to the butcher (slagter Andreas Andersen) mentioned above.
