Folks: I'm not sure exactly what the scoop is on this particular bill, but I knew that it was in the works. What worries me is that people could be in real trouble for sharing info...which would appear to be a real threat to people who are researching their families. I'm not sure how far back the "freeze" goes, but I was under the impression that it's total.
