To Denise- I saw your note on the Norton mailing list. I don't have any direct ties to your William and other Nortons that lived in NY, then WI. But my own Nortons included John b. 1827 in NY, married Adelia Pratt b. 1837 in NY, moved to WI where Clellen, Albert, Charles and Frederick were born. They later moved to Cowley Co., KS.
