He is my grandmother's brother. My grandmother was Mary Lauretta Norton, who married Alva Monroe Hall. My grandmother died in Milwaukee, WI in 1934, her dad, Enos Norton, died in the same area in 1938. Enos' wife was Elizabeth ?, from Wisconsin corner by Chicago, IL. I haven't been able to get too much on them. They did go to school in the Milwaukee area. Eugene was the point of infor for Enos death record - but he didn't offer much on the death certificate. I think he might have been from Chicago - both Mary & Eugene were born in Chicago in 1884 & 1886 or close to that. I am just finishing moving, so my genealogy has been packed away for some months.
