FYI, several of the Nortons who lived in Spafford, Onondaga County NY [sons of David or Moses Norton of CT] eventually moved to Susquehanna County PA. Others of that same family went to Geauga Ohio. It will be interesting to figure out if/how your Samuel Norton links to the NY Nortons. I do know that all of the Spafford, Onondaga County NY Norton clan trace back to Thomas and Grace Wells Norton of Guilford, CT. Does anybody know who this Samuel Norton of Bucyrus OH was? Who his parents were?
