I have a Lew Norton, b. Iowa (Buchanan county) 1862 marrying Emma Grace Hendrix 22 Dec 1887 but he is son of Joseph L. Norton and Sarah Catherine Kessler. Joseph L. b. NY c. 1821/1830. I recently was made aware of this information by another so I don't have firsthand documentation but am 95% sure of it.
