    3. I am researching ISAAC NORTON with very little information to go on. Here is what I have: ISAAC NORTON was killed 27 OCT, 1914 in Welch, Craig County, OK by a tornado. He was married to ELISA Dewell, who died in 1911, and is buried in the Hickory Grove Cemetery in Jackson County, IA. ISAAC's obituary states that he lived in Maquoketa, Jackson County, IA and was considered an old settler of the County. He was listed to have lived in the vicinity for thirty years (Emeline, Canton, and Monmouth). He lived in Kansas City (MO/KS?) around 1908. He moved to Craig County around 1910. He had one son that I know of. His name was OSCAR NORTON. OSCAR NORTON had two sons that I know of. They were WESLEY NORTON, and HOWARD NORTON. I can't fit him into the rest of the NORTON line that I have. My G-Grandfather, WILLIAM HENRY SHERE (b 1855 in Erie County, NY) married EVA ADELLA NORTON (b 1851 in Erie County, NY). They were married in Erie County, NY. Her father was ANSON NORTON (b 1799 in New Marlborough, Berkshire County, MA). I would like to find where ISAAC NORTON fits into the NORTON line. I originally thought ISSAC was the son of ANSON NORTON but have not seen any evidence of that. Brad
