Surnames: Norton Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/Qi3.2ACIB/1907 Message Board Post: I'm looking for some information about any Florida/Georgia border Nortons, especially those in or around Thomasville, Georgia. My grandmother is Willie Mae Norton, she was born in 1931 and is still with us. Her father was William C Norton (1891-1951), and his father was William E Norton (1861-1936) and married to Annie Laurie (Unknown). Delila Charity Norton is also part of the family, who died in 1953. I believe she was also William E Norton's daughter, though I am not sure. Most of the Nortons in my family were buried in the Norton family cemetery in the Brandy Buck area of the Florida/Georgia line. I have photos of some of their graves if anyone is interested. If anyone has any info on any of these folks, please let me know! Thanks.
