Norton, 67, of Crestwood Drive died Friday at her home. She was born in Standish, Maine, and raised in Gorham, Maine. She graduated from Gorham High School in 1951 before moving to Pembroke. She was a member of the VFW Post 1631. She is survived by a son, Robert Norton of North Attleboro, Mass., a daughter, Carla Riester of Essex Junction, Vt.; a brother, Carl Burnham; and a companion, Robert Newton of Concord. Her husband, Carl Norton, died in 1981. Calling hours will be held tomorrow from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Waters Funeral Home, 50 S. Main St., Concord, and Wednesday from 10 a.m. to noon at the Dolby and Dorr Funeral Home, 73 State St. in Gorham, Maine. Funeral services will follow at noon. Burial will be held in the spring at the Dow Corner Cemetery in Standish, Maine. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, New Hampshire Memorial Processing Center, P.O. Box 31160, Hartford, Conn. 06150-1160.
