I'm glad you finally understand me. I figured your first posted "1930" date was in error. I have a book about the Northrop / Northrup family genealogy, but it's not at hand right now. Have you checked such a book? I don't know if it approaches the 20th century nor can I remember the exact title. It was written by a Northrop. If you are subscribed to ancestry.com, it has the book in it's library. The small little Northrop book they have isn't the one you want. Good luck!
