His father was also John Northup, and they lived in CT and I believe some family lived somewhere around or in the Cheshire area of CT. I, myself, was born and raised in CT along with four other siblings. Looking back for information on family members also. I don't know all the surnames; the box I had all the information in was lost in the move to Michigan.
