Wilmer (Bill) was a career officer in the Navy. He joined the Navy during WWII and spent most of his career in San Diego, CA. He married and had a son probably born in 1945. Wilmer's daughter belives the son was born in CA and also named Wilmer. I have no luck finding any record. Wilmer and his first wife (the son's mother) divorced. He remarried. This son was unknown to the family. Wilmer's daughter would like to connect with her half brother if possible. It is unknown if the first wife remarried and changed the name of the son.
