Hello Gwyneth, Trevor and Listers, I am researching the Ainslie, Ogle, and Watson Families. Who was Ann's first husband? I have her in my tree (if she is the same Ann) who married George Ainslie in 1766, Wooler. I have her father as Thomas Watson, from Morpeth. The name is very common and difficult to trace the right family. The only clue I have is that Ann's family were "non - conformists". The confusion here is that the earlier Watsons were Quakers. Is it possible that Robert and Thomas were brothers? I do not have their dates of births or baptisms or information regarding Thomas's marriage to help match the families. Any thoughts concerning Robert or Thomas Watson and/or information helps and is appreciated. Regards, Susan
