Some members may be interested in images of the decree in William Lord Widderington [Widdrington] Baron of Blenckey and Jane Lady Widderington his wife v Robert Ellison and Robert Jemson, dated 1712, which are available at http://aalt.law.uh.edu/AALT7/C78/C78no1367/IMG_0189.htm . This relates back to a mortgage made in 1659 of 3/8 of the manor of Winlaton, coal mines etc by William Hodshon, grandfather of Lady Widdrington (nee Tempest), and while the content relates principally to the significant landowners, there are descriptions of the manor, and also names some of the tenants.
