Hi Gwyneth I'm not aware of any published transcripts, but Tyne & Wear Archives in Blandford Street West, Newcastle have an Index of Burials (1857-1998), Burial Registers 1836-1998, Grave Registers 1838-1997 and a Grave Index 1843-1949 for Jesmond Old Cemetery [Newcastle General Cemetery]. If you can't get there in person you may be able to make use of the Archives' free lookup service to check the indexes and registers. I'm not sure how this service operates or what restrictions there are, but it's certainly worth asking. info@twarchives.org.uk Brian -- Brian Pears (Gateshead)
