Heather, Have you tried FreeBMD for (a) a marriage for Margaret Punshon after 1881 and/or a death for Margaret Punshon or for Margaret [married surname}, after 1881 or after the date of her marriage? Have you tried the 1891/1901/1911 censuses via one of the on-line sources to see whether she can be located there? Incidentally, while Blue Quarries were at the very top of Gateshead Fell (near the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and not far from St John's church), Low Fell is, as its name suggests, at a much lower level and therefore by no means the same place. Possibly you already know that!
