Hi all , looking for the family of James and Elizabeth Fothergill. James was born 1805 and Elizabeth 1807. They are probably in Newcastle as on the 1841 Census they are indexed as Fotherngill with children Joshua 1827, William 1829 and Robert 1832. Did they also have children James 1841 and Jane 1844? Location of the family on the 1851 and 1861 Census would be useful Many thanks Mike Fairless PS anyone else researching Fothergill in the latter half of the 18th Century?
