    3. Hi Brian, Thanks for that. I made an exploratory 3 day trip a fortnight ago on which I also visited the Woodhorn Archives. It seems that the sources I probably need are split between the local studies at the Newcastle Library, the Tyne & Wear Archives at the Museum and Woodhorn. Anyway I am finding my way around and am to visit again soon.
