Hello I am failing to find the marriage of Thomas Orkney (c1800 Co. Durham) to Priscilla (c1796 Tweedmouth). Have looked on Ancestry and IGI. They are residing in Tweedmouth in 1841, Thomas dies before 1851. The first known child is Alexander c1824 Tweedmouth Priscilla's maiden name may be "Temple" as one of the other children is called James Temple Orkney (a name passed on to (at least one) further generation) Can anyone help? Hi Christel My GGGGf was Thomas Orkney. Alexander b. 19Aug/1823 at Spittal, was my gggf and I have his whole line. I also have more info on Tom and Priscilla. Tom's parents were from across the border according to other family trees available though one of the pay services. I can only share things pertinent to the list.
