Hello from Australia! On the subject of certificates, I thought I should let you know that I have had excellent service through www.genfindit.com. I have obtained many birth, death and marriage transcripts through them. They only charge A$18 per certificate and that is probably about half the cost of obtaining it through the Record Offices. All you have to do is give them the year that relates to which ever transcript you want, the names of the parties involved, and if you can, the reference numbers from the films that are at the local LDS centres. They will send back a wonderful photostat of the transcript within a couple of weeks. This saves a lot of hassle and gives you all the information you need. I recommend them highly! Beth Glenfield
