I am trying to trace the origins of my great x4 grandfather James Austin He was born in Ireland (I am not sure which County), and later fought for the British during the American Revolution. He settled in Nova Scotia, Canada in the 1780s. The only other helpful piece of information I have is that his family was Presbyterian. Is anyone out there searching the Austins?
