I am not sure how the governmental divisions work. I hope someone can help me. I use to write a second cousin over thirty years ago in Belfast. After her name and street address I wrote Newtown Abbey, Belfast, North Ireland. Would the place and usage of Newtown Abbey be an area of Belfast? Like Over here New York City has boroughs? Brooklyn, Manhattan and such? I have tried looking at maps but I think maps are like dictionaries. You have to know what it is be fore you can find it. Thank you in advance. Terri
