I am searching for information on Francis WALLACE, born 11 Feb 1784 in Ulster, Ireland and Sarah ALEXANDER, his wife, born about 1800 in Ulster, Ireland. They emmigrated to either the U.S. or Canada before December 1820. their first child was born in Perth, Lanark, Ontario, Canada at that time. I would appreciate any assistance I could get. THANKS!
