Thanks Penny, I must try cooking that, sounds nice. I only eat meat that is slow cooked and falls off the fork. We are not buying beef in our house at the moment as our Government has just admitted that they have been importing French Bull sperm and injecting it into our cows, so until they publish the report, we are playing safe.
