I don't know if I have said this before - hit the delete button if I have. I am a meat eater, but I would prefer to be a vegetarian. However, it is something that I find too difficult to do. So I try to make sure that the meat I eat is from a decent source. There are some meats that we are not supposed to eat (see Leviticus) and examination of the types mentioned there will show that these, like lions etc., are animals which eat meat themselves and have different digestive systems to things like cows and sheep. I think there is some confusion over pigs - and I am sorry I eat them, because yes, they are intelligent, and I think they would eat meat if it was given to them.
