I also find my computer can 'hang' when I switch it off at night - usually when it is late at night and I want to get to bed. I usually try the Alt Ctrl Del but if all else fails then I switch off at the plug...but then I have to switch on again because I know I won't sleep if I think it has gone wrong!!!! No 20 again?????
