Hi Dave, I have now disabled the VBS scripting ability and blocked the source to of the original sender. However I would welcome your comment as the mail arrived in our NY domain had been sent out to another address!! Mine is art@artcenter.ac The email with the VBS KAK was sent to art@dotplane.com but arrived in my mail? Evening Mikey, Do you have some sort of e-mail redirection ? The KAK is not too difficult to get rid of , but I don't understand the instability problem. I'll give it some thought in the morning. I'm working on a web site for a customer ( or supposed to be ! ). There's no AVG signature on your e-mail ? Thanks Dave, Many thanks. No dear chum, no VBS KAK in or on mine, vaulted and destroyed on arrival at the cursor. I am not certifing my mail as ticking that box gives me other probs as suggested after having removed Bill gates VBS scripting. I took out what the VBS virus's aim at in the MS prog. Disabled it by deleting his vbs scripting prog' files. My problem the other week was actually one of temp. I run an AMD chip with a large highly efficient cooling fan but have had my Tower set to high up. Being as my cottage is old and damp low down at tile level I though it best to site it so, however I was wrong!!:-)) The ceiling is wooden and the heat collects from the Stove under it and down and HeyHo fun!! lol.
