Followed by, scones with fresh thick cream, jams, Dropscones, Angel cakes, fruitcake etc , trifle, various fruit dishes, jelly and cream, blancmange. Winter can be similar but with various toasted items, I wont mention some names as you will then ask what are those like Pykletts, Muffins, Crumpets etc..... Oh dash I mentioned some!:-)) ( Our Mufffins are nothing like yours!!:-)) ) Boiled eggs, poached eggs on toast, beans on toast and etc. Depends on the household, working farms around here have a full spread and when I say a full spread I mean it. And at 6pm back in from the fields again for high tea...............:-)) Tea as a cuppa anytime, anywhere the English, Welsh, Irish and Scottish can find time to brew one!:-)) Hungry. I have assorted Chanterelles, Bun & Horse mushrooms for an omlette with fresh herbs and a sliver of garlic, to go with organic sausages, lambs liver, black Olives and toast for breakfast. All depends what yers fancy and got in the Larder lass. An of course a cup of tea none ar that Arabica brew! Best, Mikey. ----- Original Message ----- From: Glenda R.
