I wish I would have been raised with the teas and such, | for I think that would have been such a wonderful time. America is | constantly on the move...here, there, everywhere so the food is us- | ually what we call fast food...something quick at a fast food estab- | lishment that usually is not nutritionally sound but heavy-laden with | fats and sugars. There are a few that cater to the public with a | healthier fare, but there are very few of those. We ate yesterday at | SubWay...a submarine sandwich shop. You pick out what you want them | to put on whatever choice of bread you would like (there are six of | these, I believe) on the sandwich, thereby, allowing one to have a | a healthy choice. We were out shopping (this is why I am so far be- | hind on the list messages) today into the evening and so we had to | eat out again last night. We stopped at a Ralley's Burgers which is | hamburgers, mainly, but also have chicken sandwiches as well as a | few other items.
