Yes..Marged..you are right in your calculations of the three currencies!...I purchased a Pound Sterling Draft this week and paid CDN$2.25 for one British Pound...so 35 Pounds sterling cost CDN$78.75. Also..had to purchase a US$ Draft two weeks ago for US$30. which cost me CDN$45.90. AND..the Canadian Dollar is going down further... ouch! Hi Frances - I'm not very familiar with the US dollar, but have had plenty of opportunity lately to get to know the Canadian dollar, and it's a fairly even exchange for us, but you don't come off quite as well.
