Yes Marj, my rig went bolshie and I did a re-format job after supposedly backing up all I needed but you always miss something and I lost my transcription program and thanks to Brian B.. I've just retrieved it. Thankfully I didn't lose my genealogy data. I was off line for a week because I couldn't get my server to re-instate my account so you'll notice I have another user name. My troubles came about through installing the new BT internet option program.
