Hello Lancelot - it's nice to hear from you again. If there's only French Mustard available with a steak, then I would have it. Especially Dijon Mustard. But I do prefer the fiery hotness of English Mustard. The girls often bring other, grainy mustards home from their holiday for their Dad, which is a nice gift, but not for me.
