    3. Yours probably does dial up because you have it set to dial up in the middle of the night when you are presumably asleep. Mine OFFERS to dial up, but can't because I don't click the connect button. Someone on the Scousers list kindly send the Liverpool news, which I already know, but when the dialler pops up I just delete the mail from behind it.
