    3. I never liked Brawn since as a child someone told me it was made from cow and sheep brains. Last week on Oldham Market I saw Pressed Beef. I havent seen it for years and bought a pound ( no daft Kilos on Oldham market) The taste is exquisite if a little salty and not to be confused with potted beef.
