I know, mine is behaving funny too. I gather from other lists that this is a general problem and not confined to Northern. When I am on free I use the web mail as I can see when it is delivered - that is if it is before I log off! Sometimes it is almost instant. One thing I have noticed is that sometimes the 'Reply to' comes up as the person who sent it and not as the list so that accounts for some of my 'lost' mail. I sometimes forget to check the 'To' line :( What I get is mail slotting into my Yahoo while I am reading it online and not being in date, time, order. That means I can read one I have just sent and then find I have another ten to open that came in before my one. If you have either Messenger, both Yahoo and Hotmail announce incoming mail. I can also download Yahoo and Hotmail into Outlook Express and reply from that too, but my virus scanner cannot scan Hotmail, only Yahoo - hence the change to Yahoo.
