That reminds me of a place I went to in Brussels - in one of the arcades. The meat was hanging in the front of the shop but it was popular with the locals. Food was great and I had a crepe with Grand Marnier. Well, perhaps I should say Grand Marnier with a crepe!!!!! When we got back we decided to try it with friends. We didn't really get the hang of the alchohol and burning it but they were still good. Nearly flambeed the kitchen a couple of times though....lives on in my friends memories...lol Was told by my friend's husband that we had put too much Grand Marnier on them - but he wasn't complaining!! Quite liked a glass of burnt crepe!!!! Maggie
